See If Your Street Is On Ocean City's To-Do List
City Council hears a 2013 capital plan update at a Thursday workshop.

In January, Mayor Jay Gillian's administration outlined a $50 million, five-year plan to complete a to-do list of long-neglected projects: roads that don't drain, lagoons with no water, a warped and splintered boardwalk, bulkheads that fail to hold back the bay and a host of other public facilities in disrepair.
And on Thursday night (June 20), the administration delivered an update on projects in the works for 2013. The report was part of a City Council workshop meeting at the Ocean City Free Public Library.
The plan includes an estimated $9.1 million alone for paving and drainage improvements between fall 2013 and spring 2015.
