What Our Dads Taught Us

Can you say in one sentence what your father taught you?

We posed the question to people on the Ocean City Boardwalk and at the Ocean City Aquatics and Fitness Center on Wednesday — and we saw a lot of smiles as they recalled lifetimes of advice, discipline and mischief.

Our dads seem big on independence and self-reliance, but one particularly wise father came up with the true secret to success: "My father taught me to keep your mother happy."
