Bergen Shopping Mall Opening New Salon, Home Décor Store

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A local shopping mall is expanding its portfolio of personal care and beauty, and home décor retailers with a new location in each respective sector, a spokesperson said.

The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack is set to officially open Elie Tanous Salon and Modern Décor this spring — a "testament to (the mall's) commitment to providing shoppers with the best possible experience," area director of marketing Melissa Koronakis said.

“We invite everyone to visit these new locations and take advantage of their exciting grand opening offers," Koronakis said.

Elie Tanous Salon: The Nail Studio, located on Level 2 near Arhaus, is a full-service luxury nail salon that will offer a wide range of signature services, and provides bridal and birthday services upon request. Elie Tanous — which said it will hold a grand opening April 21 — also features a hair salon, so shoppers can get their "full beauty treatment."

Next is Modern Decor, located on Level 1 near Brooks Brothers; this upscale showroom will offer a selection of fixtures, including windows and doors, as well as home improvement and design services. A grand opening date has not yet been announced, as of Wednesday.

"Shoppers can expect a modern and stylish shopping experience that will elevate their home improvement projects to the next level," a spokesperson said in a release.
