Child Sex Suspect Snared In Bergen Co. Investigation: Prosecutor

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A man who thought he was meeting a 14-year-old boy for sex was met by an undercover agent instead, according to police records.

Sean Dynan, 31, of Rutherford, had chatted online with the purported teen and arranged to meet him for sex on March 29 in Paramus, and instead, he was met only with a pair of handcuffs, police said.

Dynan also engaged in sexually explicit dialogue with the fake teen, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

The defendant was arrested and charged with luring, and endangering the welfare of a child, and remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending an initial court appearance, Musella said.
