Ex-Paramus Football OG, Georgia Bulldogs Recruit Dies In Crash: Report
Former Paramus football player Devin Willock, who was recruited to University of Georgia, died tragically in a crash, ESPN.com reported.
PARAMUS, NJ — A former Paramus Catholic student-athlete who played as an offensive guard for the Georgia Bulldogs died in a car crash early Sunday morning, according to an ESPN.com report.
Devin Willock, who was recruited as a graduating senior in 2020, had played 15 games with the public university this past season before he was killed in the single-vehicle crash around 2:45 a.m., the sports website said.
The New Milford native was riding in a Ford Expedition driven by football staff member Chandler LeCroy when the SUV left the road and hit two utility poles and several trees, resulting in the deaths of both Willock and LeCroy, ESPN reported.
