New Made-To-Order Brunch Spot Opens In Bergen County This Week

A made-to-order pancake and brunch chain will open a new location in Bergen County this week, with a giveaway deal.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A chain of restaurants that serves up made-to-order breakfast and lunch options is set to open in Paramus next week.

First Watch will open this Monday.

The restaurant, located at 1 Bergen Town Center, brings a chef-inspired menu and seasonal offerings to a 4,700-square-foot space. It seats more than 170 people and will feature a covered patio.

The restaurant said, "Dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers. In addition tofamiliar favorites like omelets and The Traditional, First Watch’s diverse menu – which is available all day– also includes innovative dishes, such as Avocado Toast, Farmhouse Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and its signature Million Dollar Bacon."

Customers who visit this coming Monday through Friday will receive a special feebie: unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with their meal.

Five times a year, First Watch offers a revolving seasonal menu that follows the position of the sun to source fresh ingredients. The Paramus restaurant will offer its first seasonal menu in Winter of 2025.

A spokesperson said the restaurant will employ approximately 30 people while operating on a “No Night Shifts Ever” approach to enable their teams to enjoy nighhtime off. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply at careers.firstwatch.com.
