Paramus Crossroads Dining, Retail Complex Being Built On Rt. 17
Soon, there will be more places to shop and dine along Route 17 in Paramus.

PARAMUS, NJ — Ten more dining and retail options will be along Route 17 when the Paramus Crossroads complex opens next year.
Exactly what companies will be located at the 40,000-square-foot complex near the Garden State Parkway, Jared Minatelli, director of asset management for Advance Realty, one of the redevelopers of the property, confirmed to Patch.
Construction on Paramus Crossroads was originally slated to start this past summer, but site conditions caused delays, Minatelli confirmed. The building should be built by March 2019 and tenants should open in late spring.
