Paramus' Gramuglia Featured on Boxes of Cheerios
Anthony Gramuglia was honored for his efforts with Partners in Caring and is featured on a special edition Cheerios box.

Paramus' Anthony Gramuglia has been honored as a local "celebrity" in Inserra supermarket's fight against hunger campaign.
Gramuglia, an associate with the Inserra Lodi Shop Rite, is featured along with other employees on the back of a special edition Cheerios box which can be found at Shop Rite stores.
He and his fellow employees have been honored for their work helping to fight hunger in local communities as part of Shop Rite's Partners in Caring, the company announced this week in a release.

“These associates are goodwill ambassadors who give that extra effort and go above and beyond to inspire their peers and tap into their creativity to help those who cannot afford to put food on their tables,” said Lawrence Inserra, Jr., president and CEO of the Mahwah-based company which owns and operates a total of 22 stores throughout New Jersey and New York State.
“They are our very own ‘celebrities’ and deserve this level of special recognition, which is often reserved for Olympians.”

Every September, Partners in Caring challenges ShopRite associates spanning six states and 250 stores to band together as part of National Hunger Action Month to raise awareness and funds to alleviate hunger in their local communities.
To recognize the dedication and efforts of the top 40 stores, located throughout New Jersey , New York, Connecticut , Delaware , Pennsylvania and Maryland , 81 ShopRite associates are being featured on a special-edition General Mills Cheerios box, available exclusively at ShopRite. An unprecedented $1.25 million was raised for regional food banks this year as part of the campaign.
Other local "celebrity" associates include the Hackensack store’s Doug McDaniell of Garfield and Margherita Ciccone of Little Ferry; Lodi store's Gramuglia and Lou Blaso of Washington Township; Lyndhurst store’s Bill Petsch of Bayonne and Terry Gencarelli of Lyndhurst; Ramsey store’s Samantha Leach of Garfield and Jessica McPeek of Ramsey; Wayne store’s Jose Marroquin of Belleville and Marcia Kershaw of West Milford; Stony Point store’s Peter Cavo of Maywood and Erin Feustes of Stony Point; and Garnerville store’s Rob Wilson of Dumont and GinaMarie Peifley of Pomona, N.Y.
