PARAMUS, NJ — Stop & Shop has closed its Paramus location for good, a company representative told NorthJersey.com.

The store on Route 17 South closed last week, according to the report. Employees were able to transfer to other store locations. The nearest location is the Ridgewood Stop & Shop at 175 Franklin Avenue.

Stop & Shop made the decision to close the store based on its performance, NorthJersey.com reported.
