The new addition to Paramus Crossroads is scheduled to be completed in February. Construction on Paramus Crossroads was originally slated to start this past summer, but site conditions caused delays, Jared Minatelli, director of asset management for Advance Realty, previously confirmed.
A PGA Superstore and PC Richard & Son will continue to anchor the property.
"As we near completion of Paramus Crossroads, we are seeing tremendous anticipation for the project, as evidenced by our lease agreements with these highly sought-after restaurants," said Peter Cocoziello, Advance Realty’s founder and chief executive officer. "We’re extremely excited to add them to Paramus’ eclectic mix of dining options and look forward to bringing additional businesses to what is truly a first-class shopping and dining destination."
