Market Selling Everything From Furniture To International Food Will Open In Bergen County

PARAMUS, NJ — World Market, a specialty store that sells everything from home decor to international candy, will open its fourth New Jersey location at Bergen Town Center this week.

The new 14,809 square foot store will be located next to Nordstrom Rack in the shopping center. It opens on Thursday.

The store opens at 9:45 a.m. with a ribbon cutting, and food tastings and giveaways throughout the day.

A spokesperson said, "World Market buyers search the globe for design inspiration, emerging trends, time-honored handicrafts, and foods and beverages that are beloved by the different cultures and countries they visit."

There are 246 World Market stores featuring a changing selection and some exclusive items, a spokesperson said.

The company uses an international network of individual and regional artisans that they cultivated over more than 50 years in the import business.

World Market will be located at 500 Bergen Town Center, Suite #A-8 next to Nordstrom Rack in the shopping center. The store will be open Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 9:30pm and closed on Sunday.
