3 Men Sought In Knife Fight at Parsippany Restaurant
Witnesses say verbal argument spilled into parking lot and became physical, police report.

One man was sliced and taken to the hospital after a verbal altercation allegedly became physical with a weapon outside a Parsippany restaurant over the weekend, police said.
Parsippany police were contacted by Morristown police after 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8 about a man at Morristown Medical Center being treated for a puncture wound to his lip, police said. The injury allegedly occurred during an altercation outside the Mount Holleran Town Tavern, police said.
Officers responded to the scene and interviewed the victim as well as witnesses in the area, who said the victim had a verbal argument with four or five other men when one of them used a box cutter-type knife and punctured the victim’s lip, police said.

The victim also received bruising and abrasions to his face during the assault, police said.

- One man was white, about 5’6”, bald, stocky, clean-shaven, and wearing a pink shirt
- One man was white, about 5’5”, brown hair, stocky build, clean-shaven, wearing a blue sweater
- One man was white, about 5’11”, unshaven, wearing a backwards hat
The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call the Parsippany police at 973-263-4313.
