4 New Businesses To Check Out In Parsippany
Four new businesses opened their doors recently in Parsippany, bringing new food, clothing and healthcare options to the area.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — As the Parsippany-Troy Hills community continues to evolve, several businesses have opened their doors in the last few weeks, bringing new food, clothing and healthcare options to the area.
Here are four new businesses to check out:
Kalaaz Indian Ethnic Wear Boutique

On April 30, Mayor James Barberio cut the ribbon to officially open Kalaaz Indian Ethnic Wear Boutique at 1246 Rt. 46W in Parsippany. According to officials, the new shopping and retail store is a one-stop shop for all your Indian clothing needs, whether for weddings, festivals, or everyday wear.
"Welcome to our township," Barberio said. "I wish you much success with your beautiful shop. Small businesses are the backbone of the local economy."

VSA Future Learning Center
Barberio cut the ribbon on Saturday, April 29, for the VSA Future Learning Center, which is located in the Galleria Mall at 2561 Rt. 10E in Parsippany.
"This is such a vibrant, interactive space," Barberio said. "I wish you much success, as educating our youth is the key to our future."
VSA Future is a one-of-a-kind enrichment learning center in New Jersey that has been serving students since 2015. VSA Future has virtually expanded its footprint since its inception, teaching students in 30 states and internationally.
Year-round offerings at the academic center aim to challenge students beyond their classroom experiences and prepare them to be confident global citizens.
The VSA Future Learning Center aims to improve students' English, math, reading and writing, vocabulary, and public speaking skills through "active learning," which includes discussion groups, practice by doing, and teaching newly acquired skills to others.
Main Street Medical Providers
Last week, Barberio, along with local dignitaries, cut the ribbon on the opening of Dr. Santhosh Chakilam's new medical office at 1236 Rt. 46, Suite 100.
"Welcome to Parsippany! I hope you have a very successful practice, as good doctors are always needed," Barberio said.
The clinic provides primary care services and accepts patients for in-office and virtual appointments, providing patients with convenience and flexibility when seeking medical care.
The Main Street Medical Providers clinic is open from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Patients can schedule an appointment by calling (973) 335-1850 or by visiting the clinic's website.
Lo Sfizio Italian Street Food Restaurant
On April 12, Barberio attended a ribbon-cutting for Lo Sfizio Italian Street Food Restaurant, which is located at 77 New Road.
Lo Sfizio Italian Street Food Restaurant, managed by Josephina and Sergio Spinosa and their son Leo, will provide an authentic and comforting approach to Italian food.
"I’m sure you’ll do well here in Parsippany. We have so much diversity here in Parsippany, and your bringing an Italian street food-style menu adds to our eclectic selection," Barberio said.
The eatery pays homage to Josephina's family, who immigrated to Pennsylvania and opened a chain of Italian restaurants and pizzerias outside of Philadelphia.
Lo Sifizo and its staff have stated that they are committed to providing a warm environment, a friendly face and delicious food.
