4 Spirit Halloween Stores Opening In Morris County

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — While many are still basking in the final weeks of summer sun, Halloween fans have something to look forward to: Spirit Halloween is opening new locations in Morris County.

The company, known for its wide range of products, from lawn animatronics to costumes for kids, adults, and even pets, is preparing to welcome customers at four locations around the county.

As of Monday, the Spirit Halloween website indicates that three of the four Morris County locations are scheduled to open officially later this morning at 11 a.m.

Since Spirit Halloween operates as a franchise with thousands of independently managed locations nationwide, there isn't a company-wide "opening day." Instead, each fall, the brand secures short-term leases for vacant spaces, typically from mid-July to early November.

Here are the Morris County locations:

• 275 State Route 10, 42, Succasunna (former Harmon Face Values location): opening Aug. 19 at 11 a.m.
• 327 Mount Hope Avenue, Rockaway (former Christmas Tree Shops location): opening Aug. 19 at 11 a.m.
• 3101 U.S. 46, 0013, Parsippany-Troy Hills (former Home Goods location): The opening date has not been set yet; it is still "coming soon," according to the Spirit Halloween website.
• 48 State Rt 23, Riverdale (former Sports Authority location): opening Aug. 19 at 11 a.m.

In addition to classic costumes, the stores will offer new licensed merchandise from Inside Out 2, Beetle Juice, Decendents, Haunted Mansion, Corpse Bride, Barbie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Bluey and more.
