Annual Fall Festival Returns This Month To Parsippany
The start of September marks the return of the annual event, which includes a variety of amusements, craft sellers and more.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — A Parsippany tradition that's been going strong for over 20 years is set to return to the township in just a few weeks.
The 21st annual Parsippany Fall Festival is planned for Sept. 15 and will feature food, drinks, entertainment and more, township officials said.
The cherished annual event, taking place from 12 to 5 p.m., will be held at Smith Field Park this year due to construction on North Beverwyck Road.

The townwide festival showcases township initiatives, services, organizations, and businesses, while also fostering community spirit. This year, attendees can also enjoy live music from the Rockaway-based band Street Hassle.
Street Hassle, a dynamic horn band that has captivated music lovers for decades, began as a 4-piece group in 1984. Over the years, it has grown into a formidable 10-piece ensemble known for its powerful sound.

Their repertoire spans classic rock, country, swing, soul, disco, and pop, and includes challenging covers of classics from iconic bands like Chicago and Sly & the Family Stone, according to a spokesperson for the band.
Vendors who wish to participate may register online here. Vendor fees range from $0 for nonprofits to $350 for out-of-town food stands. Questions can be emailed to recreation@parsippany.net.
The community festival made a comeback in 2022 after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
