Bagel Shop, Yoga Studio, And 5 More Businesses Coming To Parsippany’s District 15Fifteen

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Seven more businesses have been confirmed to occupy Parsippany’s upcoming residential/commercial area: District 15Fifteen.

The project on Route 10, carried out by Stanbery Development Group, Claremont Development, and PCCP LLC, will provide luxury residences and an abundance of shopping and dining options.

According to developers, the retail space is now roughly two-thirds occupied, with seven new businesses striking a deal to set up shop. See the confirmed businesses below (*denotes recently confirmed):

Residential

District 15Fifteen will have two subdistricts for residential purposes.

The Mason East subdistrict is offering luxury age 55+ residences for lease. The apartment complex includes a lounge, game room, outdoor dining areas, a bocce ball court, a pool, and more. Click here to see availability for Mason East.
