Body Found In Morris Co. Woods Considered Suspicious: Report
Police are investigating the death as suspicious, according to a report.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Police are treating the death of a man found in the Dover woods as suspicious, sources told the Daily Record.
The man's body was reportedly decaying when it was found; officials aren't sure if it is because of the heat, or the amount of time the body was in the woods.
The Morris County Prosecutor's Office declined to comment Monday afternoon, citing the ongoing investigation. "We do not have an update at this time, investigation is ongoing and more information will be released at the proper juncture," Peter DiGennaro, a spokesperson for the prosecutor's office, said.
