DOVER, NJ — A body was found in the Dover woods near a homeless camp site Friday afternoon, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said.

The body was found in a wooded area near West Clinton Street in Dover, Knapp said, near a spot used a campsite by a group of homeless people. The cause and manner of the death are not yet known.

Officials did not release the person's identity as of Friday afternoon.
