Debby In Parsippany: Tornado Watch, Flooding, High Winds In Forecast

Hurricane Debby is making her way up to Morris County. Here's the latest update on weather, outages, downed trees and more.

PARSIPPANY, NJ - The remnants of Debby will impact our region on Friday, bringing potential for tornadoes, damaging winds, and flooding across the entire area, the National Weather Service said.

Currently, three alerts are in place for the area: a tornado watch, flood watch, and a wind advisory.

A tornado watch is in effect for the county until 10 p.m. Friday.

Rain is to be expected throughout the day. Thunderstorms are expected to start at 7 p.m. Friday.

Over 800 people in the county are without power. According to JCP&L, there are less than 20 outages in Parsippany.
