Detour Adjusted For Parsippany Road Construction Project: See Details
The detour on North Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha has been changed to accommodate southbound traffic, police said.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — As construction crews are working on improvements along North Beverwyck Road, Parsippany Police said there is a change for some southbound drivers moving through Lake Hiawatha.
Work on the North Beverwyck Road Streetscape Project began during the last full week of June, and an ongoing water main replacement is expected to last about five weeks in total. Southbound traffic was originally being detoured between Lake Shore Drive and Vail Road, but police said on Monday that they will "have two way traffic flowing on the southbound lane as long as we can safely do so."
A separate detour was also put in place for commercial truck traffic, which directs drivers left onto Lake Shore Drive and then ending at Vail Road.
