Dollar Tree Shuts Down Parsippany Location
The Dollar Tree was in the Troy Hills Shopping Center, which is located at Route 46 and South Beverwyck Road.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Dollar Tree has officially shut down one of its Parsippany stores.
According to leasing documents on the Federal Realty Investment website, the discount store chain, located at 1099 Route 46 in the Troy Hills Shopping Center, closed its doors earlier this month.
Site plans show that the Dollar Tree location is now marked "TBD" in the tenant section.

For more than a year, Parsippany had multiple Dollar Tree locations, including one just five minutes away in the Troy Hills Shopping Center on the same street.
The other Dollar Tree location in Parsippany, 1440 Route 46, which opened in April 2022, is over 60 percent bigger than its counterpart in the Troy Hills Shopping Center — 11,242 square feet for the former, compared to the latter's 6,894.

Additionally, the Dollar Tree Snack Zone at 1440 Route 46 offers an expanded selection of beverages, candy, snacks, and "nostalgic favorites," according to the company.
Federal Realty Investment did not respond immediately to Patch's inquiry about a potential tenant replacement at the Troy Hills Shopping Center.
