Election Guide: Where To Vote, Who's On The Ballot In Parsippany
State, county, and local races set for Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Tuesday, Nov. 3 is Election Day, and Parsippany-Troy Hills Township has some important decisions to make.
A six-candidate race for three seats on the Parsippany-Troy Hills Council is the big ticket item in town, with three Republicans and three Democrats seeking four-year terms.
Two of those candidates are incumbents Paul Carifi, Jr. and Michael dePierro, both Republicans. They’re joined by newcomer Loretta Gragnani in the party, and are opposed by Nicholas Kumburis, Janice McCarthy, and Gregory Elbin in the Democratic party.

Three residents are seeking three-year seats on the Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Board of Education, including one incumbent and one former board representative. Those candidates are Frank Neglia (incumbent), Judy Mayer, and Susy Golderer.
Six candidates are seeking seats on the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, with just one an incumbent. Republicans John Cesaro (incumbent), Christine Myers, and Deborah Smith are vying for three seats with three-year terms against Democrats Richard Escobar, Brendan Liam Keating, and Webster Lewin.

And in the 26th legislative district, Republicans Jay Webber and BettyLou DeCroce are running against Democrats Wayne Marek and Avery Hart for two, two-year seats in the General Assembly.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 3.
