FBI Offers $5K Reward For Bank Robbery Suspect In Morris Co.
FBI agents have a federal arrest warrant for a 46-year-old man wanted for threatening bank employees during a Morris County robbery.

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ — Officials are seeking a man accused of threatening employees when he robbed a Mountain Lakes bank last November.
The FBI - Newark office is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of 46-year-old Tony Winst, who has connections to other New Jersey communities and also out-of-state cities. Officials said is the suspect in a bank robbery at the PNC Bank at 425 Boulevard on Nov. 17, 2023.
Officials said Winst went into the bank, demanded money, and threatened he had a weapon. No employees were hurt, and he reportedly fled the bank into the woods.

Winst is described as as bald, with tattoos on both hands; he had teardrop tattoos at the corner of each eye that have been removed. Officials said he is 6 feet tall, and 200 pounds.
Authorities said that Winst is known to have connections to Elizabeth and Newark, as well as New York City, Chicago, and Seattle. Officials said he also goes by the aliases “Tony Miller” and “Tony Tailor,” and has been known to use taxis to travel.
