'Fun Fridays' Continue At Veterans Memorial Park

PARSIPPANY, NJ — The town’s weekly ‘Fun Fridays’ will continue until Oct. 25 at Memorial Park on Fridays for a farmer’s market during the afternoon and fun activities in the evening.

During the day, there will be a farmer’s market at the park from 3 to 8 p.m. selling fresh produce and more. Live music or movie screenings will be featured from 7:30 to 9 p.m.

This Friday’s event is a live music performance from the band ‘3 Day Weekend.’ Other August activities include a screening of the ‘Super Mario’ movie and a performance from the band ‘Super Trans Am.’

Past performers in June and July include 'Alternate Groove', 'Twilight Disciples', and 'Rated R Band.'

Future activities and live music performances for September and October will be announced by event officials at a later date.

‘Fun Fridays’ is presented by Mayor James Barberio and the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills.
In the case of inclement weather, decisions about cancellations or postponement will be made by 2 p.m. and posted on their official website or Facebook page.
