ICYMI: Lake Hiawatha Native, Rockaway Neck First Aid Lt. Dies At 36
Robert Miceli passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, June 5.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Robert Miceli spent the majority of his young life coming to the aid of others.
The Lake Hiawatha resident died recently at the age of 36.

Miceli was born in Paterson and raised in Lake Hiawatha where he lived his entire life. He was an EMT for Cardinal Ambulance Service in Totowa after working for Atlantic Ambulance in Livingston.
He was a dedicated and life member of Rockaway Neck Ambulance Squad in Lake Hiawatha. There he served as a Senior Lieutenant and current Duty Lieutenant.

Miceli is predeceased by his mother, Ann Marie, and is survived by his father, step-mother, a sister and large extended family.
Visitation will be held at Par-Troy Funeral Home Wednesday, June 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. with a funeral set for Thursday, June 9 at 10 a.m. A liturgy of Christian burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Thursday at Saint Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church on Baldwin Road in Parsippany.
