Police Seek Suspect In Morris County Bank Robbery
The TD Bank in Rockaway Township was robbed on Wednesday morning.

Several law enforcement agencies are searching for a suspect who robbed a TD Bank in Rockaway on Wednesday morning, according to two agencies involved with the investigation.
Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Rockaway Township Police Chief Martin McParland, Jr. announced on Wednesday that at approximately 9:30 AM, police got an alert of a robbery at TD Bank on Mount Hope Avenue. A man whose eyes were covered up by black sunglasses entered the bank, according to law enforcement agents, went to the counter, and demanded money. When he exited the bank, as can be seen in photographs released by the Prosecutor's office, the suspect flees quickly.
The alleged robber has been described by authorities as a white male, approximately in his late 20s to early 30s, who was wearing a dark-colored baseball hat, black sunglasses, a white T-shirt, tan shorts, black sneakers, a huge black backpack, and black gloves.

Many law enforcement agencies are involved in the ongoing investigation, including the Major Crimes Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, the Rockaway Township Police Department, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Section, and the FBI.
