In Lease Termination, Morris County Opens Doors To New Human Service Providers
Morris County terminates Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.'s lease on former Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital property.

After 12 years, Morris County is terminating its arrangement with renters, Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., of 9 houses on the former Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital property, according to a story in the Daily Record.
The termination is a result of a violation, Morris County freeholders claim, of the lease agreement, says the Daily Record. In July, Morris County freeholders sued Comprehensive, stating that the healthcare provider, which cares for 40 mentally ill individuals who are currently residing in the nine houses, broke the lease terms by cutting ties with subcontractor, non-profit Community Hope, according to the Daily Record. The move will open up the 9 houses to other human services providers.
