Liquid Church Sets Out To Pack Over 1 Million Holiday Meals In A Single Weekend
6,000+ Volunteers Will Serve Across 6 NJ Locations on Fri, Dec. 5th & Sat, Dec. 6th as Part of Community Initiative with Rise Against Hunger

PARSIPPANY, NJ (December 4, 2025) – To serve hungry families and children around the world, Liquid Church, one of New Jersey’s fastest-growing Christian churches, has announced it will once again set out to pack and provide over 1 million holiday meals during the church’s annual Christmas Outreach. Liquid will continue to partner with Rise Against Hunger’s local New Jersey office to host the event at six locations across the state. The nutritionally fortified meals will be distributed to hungry families around the world.
On Friday, December 5th, and Saturday, December 6th, thousands of volunteers will gather at six locations across New Jersey to work towards meeting this year’s goal of packing over 1 million meals in a single weekend. Designed as a family event, children and parents will serve alongside each other at the Christmas Outreach, working in an “assembly line fashion” to pack thousands of meals at each location in short order.
“Every year at our annual Christmas Outreach, I’m blown away by the selfless hearts in our community as people all across the state put the love of God into action," said Tim Lucas, founder and lead pastor of Liquid Church. "As we come together to pack over a million nutritious meals for families battling hunger and malnutrition worldwide, we’re making a lasting impact, one meal at a time, and bringing the hope of Christ at Christmas to those who need it most."

“At Liquid Church, it’s our heart to serve others both locally here at home in New Jersey and around the world in countries like Zambia, where we also have a global mission to provide clean, safe drinking water. That’s why this Christmas, we’re coming together to fill the empty stomachs of hungry people,” said Lucas. “We’re amazed at the community response to our annual Christmas Outreach, and we simply couldn’t reach our goal of packing over 1 million meals without the incredible support of a community that shares our vision.”
