This little scruffy girl was found on Parsippany Boulevard and is being cared for by the Parsippany Animal Control and Shelter.
PARSIPPANY, NJ - This little scruffy girl was found on Parsippany Boulevard and is being cared for by the Parsippany Animal Control and Shelter and officials want to know if you know her owner.
The precious pooch was found by the Tivoli Garden Apartments by the Morris Hills Shopping Center, officials said, noting that she had no tags and no microchip.
