Patch posed questions to Frank Cahill to get to know Galleria Associates better. This is what Cahill said.

Q: How long did it take to go from idea to first customer?

A: Being in the newspaper industry since I was a young child, and was amazed on how a newspaper was produced and was always interested in design, it was easy to go from idea to first customer in the matter of weeks.  The company grew into the fastest growing typesetting organization in northern New Jersey. Then in the mid nineties with the modern technologies transforming the typesetting business into desktop publishing we were forced to change our business model and branch off into what the company does today, graphic design of websites.  Some of our many websites include Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Greater Parsippany, Visit Parsippany, Axis Pointe, Wolf Bookkeeping Services and many others.

In addition to our website hosting and design services, Galleria Associates is also a domain registration company, with thousands of domain names registered with our company.

Q: Why did you start your business locally? 

A: 1989

Q: What do you find the most rewarding about what you do?

A:  Serving a clients needs, watching our clients business grow because of the hard work in developing and promoting their website to attract new business

Q: What's the biggest challenge you face in your business today?

A: Competition and pricing

Q: When people think of your business, what sets you apart from others? 

A: Our click through advertising program that is combined with each website developed helps our clients see results from the very first day their site goes live.

Q: Where would you like your business to be in five years?  

A:  Our Company grows on a daily basis and has since we first started.  Of course when consumer behavior changes we will be forced to change with the demand.
