Lowe's Signs Lease For Hanover Location
Lowe's was announced for the space after plans for a BJ's Wholesale fell through.

HANOVER, NJ — It's official: Lowe's is coming to Hanover. The store signed a lease agreement to open up on Hanover Ave sometime in 2019.
The home improvement store was approved by the Hanover planning board in April, shortly after the plans for a BJs fell through. Officials weren't sure what caused BJs to pull out of the site.
Lowe's is aiming for a summer 2019 opening at the former Littleton site. Plans for the new Cedar Village shopping center at the site also include a proposed gas station and a convenience store.

A major store was first announced in January 2017 for the old Litton site, across from the Mennen Sports Arena, which was closed 20 years ago due to environmental concerns.
The site is near the new Hanover Crossroads, which has been opening new stores for the past year.
