The man nearly drained the Florham Park company's account on personal things, officials said.
FLORHAM PARK, NJ — A Florida man is accused of charging over $325,000 in personal expenses to his company credit card, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said.
Hector Cardona, 39, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been charged with theft stemming from his time as a Director of Travel Services at Troy Corp., Knapp said. During that time, Cardona is accused of using his business credit card and receiving reimbursements for $325,165.95 worth of personal expenses.
Officials say Cardona made those charges between June 2014 and January 2014, and that the account he used was nearly empty by November 2012.

"Further investigation revealed that the majority of his bank account’s outgoing transactions appeared to be personal in nature and not related to any business with Troy Corp.," Knapp said.
Troy Corp reported the theft on March 3, 2017, Knapp said. It's not clear why it took over two years for an arrest to be made.
