Morris Co. Drug Raid Across 2 Towns Ends With 3 Men Arrested: Cops
Loads of drugs, guns, and dollars were found across several properties and cars related to the county-wide drug ring, police said.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A county-wide drug raid has resulted in the arrest of three men, along with the confiscation of loads of narcotics, several guns, and thousands of dollars in suspected drug money.
Jeremy Mayes, Casey Young, and Adrian Schwerdt-Oneil are believed to have been behind a massive drug ring that has been operating in Morris County since at least Sept. 1, according to police.
On Thursday, police executed search warrants on the Cedar Knolls home in Hanover Township, a home in Parsippany, four vehicles, and a storage unit in Parsippany.

Inside Mayes’ Cedar Knolls home was around 24 grams of ketamine, approximately 10 grams of cocaine, roughly 20 pills of MDMA, more than six ounces of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia indicative of drug dealing, as well as nearly $18,000 in suspected drug money, police said.
Additionally, a Nissan associated with Mayes contained a Glock 43 handgun, which was confirmed stolen out of Mississippi, according to authorities.

Inside the Parsippany home was 64 grams of cocaine, a loaded revolver, and paraphernalia indicative of drug dealing, police said.
During the arrests, police found cards linked to a storage unit in Parsippany on Young. Once a search warrant was approved, authorities raided the storage unit and found a loaded Glock handgun, LSD tabs, bags of psychedelic mushrooms, and more drug-dealing paraphernalia, including a drug sale ledger.

Mayes and Young are being held in the Morris County Correctional Facility to await court proceedings. Schwerdt-O’Neil was released on pretrial monitoring.
