National Ice Cream Day: Where's The Best In Parsippany?

PARSIPPANY, NJ — There's no better way to cool off on a hot summer day than with a sweet frozen treat.

National Ice Cream Day is July 16, and Patch wants to know where the best place in Parsippany to indulge in a cup or cone is.

Everyone has a favorite ice cream parlor, though. It may be just around the block, or it may be a few towns over. Sometimes a good scoop is worth the drive. ;
