PARSIPPANY, NJ — Something new is brewing in Parsippany as a brand-new coffee shop opens its doors on North Beverwyck Road.

Tierra Encanto, located at 35 N Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha, opened its doors this past week, offering Parsippany locals a taste of Colombian specialty coffee sourced from the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta.

The new coffee shop, owned by Jennifer and Jesus Gueits, received a boost from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) with an $11,250 grant through the Small Business Lease Grant program.
