New Modern Laundromat Opens In Parsippany
The laundromat provides 24 coin and mobile payment washers and 16 dryers for your convenience.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — A new modern laundromat recently opened its doors in Parsippany.
Sud City Laundromat, located at 83B N. Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, offers a "relaxing atmosphere while your laundry is washed."
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Sept. 30, according to Mayor James Barberio.

Sud City, which is operated by the Puzino and Holland families, is a full-service laundromat offering a variety of services.
The laundromat has 24 washers that accept both coin and mobile payments and 16 dryers that you can use at your convenience. They also have vending machines where patrons can purchase detergent, soap, snacks and drinks while they wait for their clothes.

“I’m very happy to welcome these families as they open this new location,” Barberio said. “I’ve known the Puzino family for years and I wish them and their partner continued success!”
The laundromat features a variety of washer and dryer sizes to accommodate any load, from small loads to large comforters. The machines are high-tech and energy-efficient.
Here is a breakdown of the pricing:
- 20-LB Washers: $3.75
- 30 LB Washers:$4.75
- 50-LB Washers: $6.50
- 85-LB Washers: $10.00
- Dryers (per 8 min): $0.25
In addition to the self-service option, Sud City offers drop-off laundry services. Customers can drop off their clothes and have them washed, dried, and folded by the laundromat's staff.
