“John Krickus and Christine Myers will be a terrific team providing fiscally conservative leadership for Morris County government in 2023 and will continue to hold the line on taxes, invest in infrastructure and education, making the best run county in New Jersey even better,” Republican County Chair Laura Marie Ali said in a statement. “We are so grateful for the wonderful leadership County Commissioner Director Selen provided this year.”

Krickus, a Madison native, is a Marine Corps veteran and a retired CPA who resides in Long Valley. He’s also the liaison to the Morris County Improvement Authority, the County College of Morris, Morris County School of Technology, and the Chamber of Commerce/Economic Development, as well as serves on the budget committee, per Parsippany Focus.

Myers also served in the Trump Administration in 2017 as part of the regional office of the Small Business Administration before serving on Morris County’s all-GOP board of commissioners.
