New Smoothie Spot Is Coming To Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ – Tropical Smoothie Cafe is expanding its business and will open up a new location in town.

They are currently eyeing an early 2025 opening date, a Tropical Smoothie spokesperson told Patch.

According to a report from Parsippany Focus, the business signed a lease for a 1,360-square-foot restaurant in the Westmount-Arlington Plaza Shopping Center.

"We’ve conducted extensive research in the market and based on the city’s existing real estate, restaurant scene, and population, we’ve deemed it an attractive market for a Tropical Smoothie Cafe," said a spokesperson.

Customers can expect healthy smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches and wraps, flatbreads, quesadillas, salads, and more as part of the menu. Officials say new additions are occasionally added.

The cafe also offers catering options and fundraising events.

The closest location is in Morristown, located at 191 East Hanover Ave.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe was founded on a beach in 1997 and is one of the largest smoothie chains in the United States.
