Overturned Car On I-80 Causing Delays In Morris Co.: Officials

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A crash involving an overturned vehicle has prompted lane closures and traffic delays on Interstate 80 Monday afternoon, officials said.

The crash, reported at 1:50 p.m., occurred on the eastbound side, east of Exit 37 — CR 513/Hibernia Avenue, near Rockaway Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT).

As of 2:20 p.m., officials have closed the two right lanes on the four-lane roadway.

Motorists should expect delays of 5–10 minutes and use caution, NJDOT said.
