Parsippany High School Kicks Off Another Football Season
The team kicked off the season with its traditional motorcade through Parsippany before playing its season opener on Thursday.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Another school year means another season of high school football, and the Parsippany High School Red Hawks’ season just kicked off.
On Wednesday, the football team, pep band, and cheerleaders participated in the football season kickoff motorcade. Four police cars escorted the buses around Parsippany as the students celebrated the start of another season.
“This time of year evokes strong memories of back to school, football games, and school dances when I grew up in Parsippany,” Mayor James Barberio said. “It’s great to see so many involved students, supported by their parents. I wish everyone a successful season!”
