Parsippany’s Littleton School expansion project video is available on Youtube through Parsippany’s Video on the Go. The taped open school board meeting began with a presentation by architecture firm, Parette Somjen Architects, and the meeting was held at Littleton School.

During the presentation, Parsippany School District Superintendent, Dr. Sargent said, “It is the Board’s aim to manage as much of this project as possible with capital reserve funds. The Board has been very fiscally prudent in maintaining a healthy balance in capital reserve. At this point, for phase one, there is not the need to go out for a referendum which would require community approval…”

Key points about the expansion included:
- Addition will be six preschool classrooms.
- Each classroom will have its own restroom.
- The design is built to support a second floor if one becomes necessary.
- They have already conducted site surveys, and await a final traffic survey.
