Parsippany Man Held on Child Sex Charges
Resident detained in Carroll County, Md. on $250,000 bond.
A Parsippany man is being held in Maryland on charges of sexual contact with a minor boy.
Keith William Harp, 44, is charged with eight counts each of third-degree sex offense and sexual solicitation of a minor and one part of sexual abuse of a minor, according to the Carroll County Times.
Police allege Harp had sexual contact with the minor in Parsippany and Carroll County, Md., from 2006 to January 2013.
