PARSIPPANY, NJ — The township offices of Parsippany-Troy Hills have closed early for safety reasons regarding major storm forecasts.

Officials closed the offices at 2:30 p.m.

A state of emergency has been declared since 2 p.m., and Morris County is currently under a flood watch.
