NJ.com ranked the state's 14 best hot pot restaurants, and this beloved Parsippany spot is number 11.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — We can all agree that the Parsippany area has some good restaurants.

From Eccola to Chand Palace to Arthur's Tavern, there's a variety of food for everyone and from every culture. But one spot in Parsippany was one of the state's best for hot pot, according to a report.

Hot pot, also known as shabu-shabu, is a dish whereby a heat source placed on the dining table keeps a pot of soup stock simmering, and a variety of Chinese ingredients are served beside the pot for the diners to put into the hot stock.
