Get those clubs out: golf season will soon arrive in Parsippany.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Get those clubs out: golf season will soon arrive in Parsippany. Knoll Golf Club will open Friday, according to the township.
Knoll consists of two 18-hole courses. Knoll Country Club West is semi-private, while Knoll Country Club East is public, with daily and weekend tee times. Both are par 70.
A few extremely wealthy men conceived the original west course, according to the Knoll's website. Charles H. Banks designed the west course — established in 1929. The course has gone through minor alternations but remains virtually unchanged since its beginning.
