Pedestrian Struck, Seriously Hurt In Parsippany: Police

The pedestrian was struck before 8 p.m. on Monday night, police said.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A pedestrian was struck and seriously injured in Parsippany Monday night, State Police confirmed to Patch.

The pedestrian was hit on Rt. 280 East near Exit One before 8 p.m., Sgt. Lawrence Peele said. They are currently in serious, but stable condition.

No charges have been filed at this point, Peele said. The right lane was closed for about two hours as a result.
