85 Degrees Bakery Café was established in 2004 and takes its name from the ideal coffee brewing temperature, officials said. Its wide variety of pastries, bread, cakes and beverages helped the company grow quickly both in Taiwan and worldwide.
The menu includes pastries and breads, as well as drinks made with traditional Asian ingredients such as matcha, taro and ube.

“There is much anticipation for this concept and their expansion to the East Coast,” said Justin Lustig, Vice President of Leasing for Urban Edge Properties. “Hanover Commons provides a terrific environment to introduce their much-loved pastries and beverages to this property with high-traffic anchors and adjacent complementary uses.”
The restaurant's breads and pastries range from about $1 to $3 and the 8-inch cakes are between $32 and $35, according to officials.
