Red Hawks Take Down Vikings In Annual Mayor's Baseball Trophy Game

Friendly competition sees away team win 4-1.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – They may have different uniforms and play for different schools, but they’re all proud of their hometown of Parsippany.

The Parsippany Red Hawks took on the Parsippany Hills Vikings in the annual Mayor’s Trophy Game Monday night, with the Red Hawks coming into the contest as the reigning trophy holders.

They kept their grasp on the hardware for another year, besting the Vikings by a score of 4-1 before a packed crowd that included Mayor James Barberio at Jannarone Park.
