Salon Complex With Fresh Business Model Opens Up In Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A salon suite complex with a unique concept just opened up in Parsippany.

Phenix Salon Suites held a grand opening this past weekend, showcasing its fresh and innovative beauty business.

The business is located at 1157 Route 46 in the Troy-Hills Shopping Center, and features nearly 40 private salon suites.

Rather than being a traditional salon, the complex’s private suites give salon and business professionals the opportunity to “own and operate their own salon-type business without the hassle and expense of facility management and maintenance.”

Essentially, the business allows beauticians and hairdressers to rent out salon spaces, rather than worry about buying/renting, or maintaining a permanent location.

Those who rent one of the suites get 24/7 access to their suite, discretion of what beauty products to sell, utilities included, and more.
