Moderate rain Tuesday morning could result in flooding in poor-drainage areas and around streams and creeks.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Parsippany has already seen plenty of rain, prompting Tuesday's closure of Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Schools. And there's more to come that could create hazardous conditions, according to forecasters.

The agency included Parsippany in a flood warning for river inundation that will last through 4 p.m. Tuesday. The warning centers around the Passaic River, where minor flooding is in the forecast. A flash-flood watch will last until 5 p.m. Tuesday.
